Ceremonial Groundbreaking for New Class A Office Building

ECIDA Board and Staff Break Ground on New Speculative Class A Office Space

RINCON, GA - The Effingham Industrial Development Authority (ECIDA) proudly held a ceremonial groundbreaking for their highly anticipated 30,000-square-foot, Class A office building, located at 100 Enterprise Drive (Highway 21 and Old Augusta Road), Rincon. This state-of-the-art facility is expected to address the growing demand for premium office space in Effingham County, with 13,000 square feet of leasable office space available upon completion. The new facility will offer leasable office suites ranging from 1,000 to 8,000 square feet, with leasing set to begin in the summer of 2025.

“This Class A office space marks a major advancement for Effingham County’s business community by addressing the increasing need for high-quality office facilities,” said Brandt Herndon, CEO, ECIDA.  “We are confident this facility will serve as a cornerstone for economic development, providing local businesses and new enterprises with a modern and efficient location to thrive.”

In addition to serving as the headquarters for the ECIDA, the building will feature four leasable suites and a large, open-concept office space on the third floor, designed to accommodate a variety of tenants.  The new office building will also include a large training room which can accommodate a wide range of professional uses.

Construction of the building is underway and is set for completion in late 2025.  The project reflects the ongoing commitment of the ECIDA to foster business growth and enhance the county’s economic infrastructure.
